Underage participants (ones under the age of 18) are obliged to have in their possession a filled out and signed parental consent form. The form must be signed by their parent or legal guardian. Only a correctly filled out and signed form allows an underage participant to attend the Mizukon convention.
Participants under the age of 13 may attend the Mizukon convention only under direct supervision be it parental, legal guardian or an adult who has been designated by their parent/legal guardian.
The aforementioned designation requires filling out an authorization form.
The parental consent form consists of vital information for the Mizukon convention organizers also the parental/legal guardian consent for their child participation and consent for potential sleepover on the premises of the Mizukon convention. Additionally the form consists of parental/legal guardian contact details.
Underage participants are required to hand over the appropriate forms before entering the Mizukon convention premises.
Underage participants who won’t have the appropriate forms, or have them incorrectly filled out will not be allowed to participate in the Mizukon convention.
